The International Relations Institute of Cameroon, (IRIC) has four Departments. Its Staff is selected on the basis of competence and devotedness. Each of the four Departments is headed by a Head of Department named by the Minister of Higher Education.
• The Department of Diplomacy and Vocational training courses; it is headed by Professor Laurent ZANG (Associate Professor).
• The Department of International Politics, it is headed by Professor Jean Emmanuel PONDI (Professor).
• The Department of International Economics, it is headed by Professor Peter AGBOR TABI (Associate Professor).
• The Department of International Law, it is headed by Professor Alain Didier OLINGA (Associate Professor).
